DIRECTOR Dr Graeme Kernich |
Graeme is Deputy CEO for the Cooperative Research Centre for Spatial Information (CRCSI). CRCSI brings powerful collaboration on all critical research and education issues that involve a spatial aspect. In doing so the CRCSI seeks to accelerate the take up of spatial science in key end-users, spawning major innovation and productivity advances in the key industry sectors of Health, Defence, Energy & Utilities, Sustainable Urban Development and Agriculture, Natural Resources and Climate Change. Graeme is responsible for the operational facets of CRCSI, including management of the financial operations and compliance, contractual agreements and corporate governance. Graeme manages business development opportunities, Intellectual Property and commercialisation activities. Together with the Research Director, he has oversight of research projects operation and reporting, and is responsible for ensuring utilisation of project outcomes. |

David is a forty year veteran in the telecommunications industry. He studied Communications Electronics at RMIT qualifying as a Technical Officer before completing a Bachelor of Commerce (merit) at the University of Wollongong. For the past 10 years he has been National Manger responsible for Telstra’s GIS, Addressing and Network Inventory. David manages inventory teams in Australia, India and Malaysia. |
