Election of Auditor
Mr Graham Stewart of Bendigo was re-elected as Auditor for 2009/2010.
Financial Report
The audited financial statements were not available and the meeting was adjourned to a date to be advised, at which time the audited financial statements will be tabled.
Election of New President
Dr Walter Hesse was elected as the Interim President of GITA ANZ.
